Speaker: Ian J. Turnbull, BA, MBA, Vice President, Jeitosa Group International

Ian is a senior executive with 30+ year’s cross-industry experience in the HR and HRMS fields. He has a strong general management focus and extensive experience with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance and Information Services. Ian’s focus is assessment of systems status and the selection, implementation and strategic and operational integration of human resources information management systems within organizations. He co-authored: Human Resources Management Systems: A Practical Approach(3rd Ed), was Editor and Chief Contributor to CCH’s Privacy In The Workplace (2nd edition), has taught HRMS at the Centre for Industrial Relations at the University of Toronto, and is a frequent speaker at human resources, payroll and general management conferences in North America and abroad.
