  • Addressing the details-Don't wait to find out that your vendor's definition of user acceptance is entirely different from yours. From speaking the same language to understanding expectations, attack the details early.
  • Defining Success-Each participant may enter the project with a different idea of what success means, but reaching common definition among all participants is essential.
